Product Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), daily equipment check lists and sign-offs, department continuous improvement in order to reduce internal defects and overall internal quality issues.
Tracking In and Out of Parts of Process, self inspections
Will handle Hazardous Waste and be responsible for following all regulatory guidelines associated with disposal, QA Document Control as it relates with ISO Compliance and continuous 5S improvement

Major Accountabilities:

• Work within process standards to create layouts that reinforce a training program’s style or voice through its visual touch-points
• Maintains the graphic standards of the company logo and branding materials

• Generate innovative logos, icons and info-graphics
• Design user-centered interaction models, wireframes and/or mock ups

• A solid foundation in typography, layout and design

Print Services Contractor will be working for a leading Oil & Gas company in Northwest San Antonio.

Position Summary: Operates printing and binding machinery to create booklets, tags, banners, posters, and signage on various materials/products. Provides attention to detail, ensuring efficient and high-quality production of printed materials. Work involves sitting, standing, and/or moving, includes exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently.

Job Duties

• Operates all bindery equipment on print projects requiring finishing, such as cutting, scoring, folding, punching, saddle stitching, collating, perforating, gluing, and binding materials.
• Coordinates with Team Associates, Supervisor, and/or Manager regarding scheduling and setting daily job priorities.
• Assists with packaging and shipping of products.
• Assists other Facility & Admin Services departments as required.
• Completes work order assignments or daily duties as assigned.
• Ability to work overtime and/or weekends, sometimes on short notice, as needed to fulfill job responsibilities.
• Ability to abide by confidentiality requirements when working with sensitive information, results, and communications.
• Ability to communicate effectively through written and verbal methods.
• Ability to accomplish work within required timelines, including short, long, and emergency time frames.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple assignments to ensure completion of tasks within stated time requirements.

Shift Hours are 8 in the morning to 5 in the afternoon. Monday - Friday.

Pay Rate is $19 per hour.
