To ensure customer and company's quality requirements are met. Will be responsible for investigating quality concerns with production or at supplier levels. Will be responsible for root cause and corrective actions.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensures compliance with TS16949, customer specific requirements, company procedures and other applicable standards.
  • Provides thorough analysis of product problems occurring between part supplier and final customer including customer warranty.
  • Propose and perform corrective actions, make necessary changes and verifies effectiveness of changes
  • Prioritize workload based on severity of issue/customer dissatisfaction
  • Report problem status and resolution progress
  • Responsible for PPAP packages to customers Responsible for product validation of components and assemblies
  • Develop/provide initial certification for R&R and for new gages and equipment
  • Participates in training to increase skills
  • Evaluates tests samples and approves PPAP submissions

•Experience in medical device manufacturing, and experience with Lean Manufacturing and SAP highly desirable
