Job Title: Production Operator

Schedule: Sunday – Thursday 9:30pm – 5:45am

*May be required to work overtime on the weekend. TBD*

Compensation: $15.66 (plus weekly attendance bonus)

*Production Operators could be placed in loader/unloader positions or masker/demasker positions, depending on skillset and or need. Must be able to stand on a concrete floor, wearing steel toe boots/shoes for up to 12 hours a day.*

Job Descriptions

Masker:

• Required to put masking into the frames of heavy equipment which are on a conveyor.
• Ideal candidates will be comfortable using a hoist, a drill, and air hose.
• The role can be fast paced and is detail orientated.
• Must be able to follow safety protocols and work well in a team.

Demasker:

• Required to take masking out of heavy equipment frames.
• Must be able to use a drill, pliers, and an air hose.
• You need to be able to move quickly, be a team player, must be good with your hands.
• Must be observant and detail orientated

Loader:

• The loader loads parts onto a conveyor line with equipment parts.
• Must work well in a team and be detail orientated.
• Must be able to follow safety protocols and lift up to 45 lbs alone.

Unloader:

• Unloaders take the parts off the line using the hoist and by hand.
• You must be comfortable with using a drill (to bore out some parts), air hose and hoist.
• You need to be able to move quickly, be good with your hands, and a team player.
• Must be detail and safety orientated.
