Injection Operation Assist needed in the city of Temecula, CA

Schedule: Saturday and Sunday only 6:00PM-6:00AM 

Salary: $19.00

 

Responsibilities:

1) Sets up and operates injection-molding machines to cast products from thermoplastic materials: Installs dies on machine, according to work order specifications, using clamps, bolts, and hand tools.

2) Sets machine controls, regulating molding temperature, volume of plastic, molding pressure and time, according to knowledge of plastics and molding procedures.

3) Dumps premixed plastic powders or pellets into hopper, and starts machine.

4) Pulls lever to close dies and inject plastic into dies to cast part.

5) Removes finished product from dies, using hand tools.

6) Trims excess material from part, using knife.

7) May mix thermoplastic materials and coloring pigments in mixing machine, according to formula.

8) May grind scrap plastic into powder for reuse. You usually monitor production to ensure quality during the process, and may also clean

-All other general warehouse duties as assigned-

Job Requirements:

Requirements Needed: 

  • Background in Manufacturing 
  • Knowledgeable in setting up injection molding machines.

Schedule: Mon-Fri 2pm -10:30pm

Pay Rate: $17.50

Job Duties: 

-Inspecting output samples using industry-appropriate methods, such as comparing to standards, measuring dimensions and examining functionality

-Checking that the assembly or production line adheres to standards and procedures and complying with legal requirements 

-Reviewing blueprints and specifications to compare to produced goods Recording inspection results by completing reports, summarizing re-works and wastes and inputting data into quality database

-Training the production team on quality control measures to improve product excellence

-Proposing improvements to the production process Monitoring the use of equipment to ensure it is safe and discard any that do not meet requirements

-Updating job knowledge by engaging in educational opportunities and regular training

-Keeping measurement equipment operating accurately by following calibration requirements and calling for repairs

-All other general warehouse duties as assigned

-All other clerical duties as assigned

-Must be available to work weekends and holidays as requested for production needs

Seeking Sit-down Forklift Driver/Material Handler for 3rd shift in the Temecula area

Schedule: Mon-Fri 10pm-6:30am

Pay Rate: 19.00

Responsibilities:

  • -Sit-down forklift driver 
  • -Material Handler
  •  -Bottle inspection for quality and integrity
  • -Trim flash from bottles (HDPE plastics only)
  • -Pack bottles in appropriate container and configuration, keeping up with the output of the machine.
  • -Feed tails, moils, flash and substandard product into granulator for reuse (HDPE plastics only)
  • -Ensure accuracy of label when labeling boxes filled with bottles.
  • -Assist Mechanic Operators in clearing machine or cleaning of machine.
  • -Clearing or Cleaning = picking up dirty bottles during the day & shift changeover.
  • -Occasionally empty regrind hoppers
  • -Log counts for machine and bottle scrap
  • -Maintain a safe and clean work area.
  • -Comply with SQF, GMP and IMS requirements
  • -Inform Mechanic Operators or Supervisor about Quality problems
  • -Monitor Molding machine operations and inform Mechanic Operators or Supervisor of any problems.
