ResourceMFG is now hiring for an immediate position as a Logistics Account Manager for a 3rd Party Logistics company in Smyrna! 

 

Responsibilities include:

  • Act as a liaison between the client and the customers to maintain daily functional business requirements of the client
  • Maintain a good working rapport with the customers by maintaining formal and informal communication with customers
  • Interact with the customer on operational and escalated issues
  • Ensure that reporting deadlines are met in a timely and accurate manner
  • Resolve project delays and/or issues 
  • Support financial services by providing information on invoice query and payment reconciliation 
  • Use project management tools to monitor each stage of the project to ensure timely implementation

Job Description:

  • Performs diversified duties in the processing and monitoring of the employee benefits program including Family and Medical Leave, Short Term Disability, and COBRA. Maintains all employee personnel files in line with company policies and government regulations. Retains records in line with company record retention requirements.
  • Counsels employees on benefit plan provisions: refers to various resources for information as needed. Enrolls new employees in benefit programs: conducts orientation on company policies and benefit programs.
  • Sets up files on all new personnel. Conducts all exit interviews.
  • Performs clerical functions, types letters and memos, posts and distributes information. Verifies insurance for employees.
  • Maintains employment resumes, application forms, and applicant flow logs in line with company policy.
  • Verifies unemployment insurance claims and refers exceptions to appropriate Human Resource Manager.
  • Participates in Departmental Process creation and redesign.
  • Understand and follow the ISO and Quality policies.
