Shipping and Receiving clerk duties:

• Load / unload trucks.
• Receive materials, components and customer supplied product.
• Stock approved materials and components.
• Locate items in the warehouse physically and on the information system.
• Pick items from warehouse locations for stage for Work Orders.
• Inventory maintenance i.e., labelling, physical and weight counting, stock checks and inventory accuracy.

Accounts Payable Specialist duties:

• Process accounts payable invoices for all inventory and expense items daily. Ensure that discounts are taken when applicable.
• Process all expense reports for employees via Expensify and/or standard reimbursement forms.
•  When received outside of AP Workbench, scan and index all invoices and checks, as needed, into the HDMS program.
• Provide training for invoice processing and department policies and procedures.
• Process weekly accounts payable check run including check printing, distribution, and mailing.
•  Prepare wire transfer documents for all foreign currency transactions to be paid via on-line banking.

• Prepare various account reconciliation’s, schedules, and spreadsheets, as needed, including but not limited to Prepaid Shows, other Prepaid Expense accounts, Due from Employees, Donations/Contributions, Uninvoiced Receipts, AP reconciliation, monthly.
• Assist with year-end responsibilities and audit duties as needed by the accounting department. This includes processing and disbursing of 1099 forms where applicable.
•  Process and analyze freight bills from Evans Transportation Services. This involves working closely with customer service team, credit team, and Evans Transportation personnel.
