ResourceMFG is seeking Machine Operators – No experience necessary! Train on 1st shift and work a 2nd or 3rd shift - Please Be Flexible!  Pay is between $11.25 and $11.60 per hour, but dedicated people won't stay at that rate very long! In the Temp to Hire Position, after 4-6 months of good performance you could go to a minimum of $14.60 per hour as a permanent employee! This company is looking for qualified candidates to become part of their permanent team.

Shifts & Pay

  • 1st Shift 7:00AM-3:15PM  -  $11.25 Per Hour
  • 2nd Shift 3:00PM - 11:15PM  -  $11.60 Per Hour
  • 3rd Shift 11:00PM - 7:15AM  -  $11.50 Per Hour

 

Description:

  • Machine Operators will be expected to operate machines and produce quality parts.

RESOURCEMFG is currently looking for qualified Machine Maintenance Technician for multiple openings with reputable manufacturing facilities in the area.

DIRECT HIRE!

Maintenance Techs will repair and maintain machines, mechanical equipment, plumbing and electrical. They will clean and lubricate machinery, perform basic diagnostic tests, check performance and test machine parts. They use their understanding of the equipment, technical manuals and careful observation to discover the cause of any breakdowns. Once the problem has been diagnosed, they disassemble the equipment to repair or replace the parts then test the machine to ensure it is working properly. The maintenance tech also is responsible for performing preventative maintenance.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Investigate equipment failures and difficulties to diagnose faulty operation
  • Perform maintenance to ensure that machines and equipment are functioning according to specifications
  • Establish and coordinate the service schedule and supply of materials required to maintain machines and equipment in the prescribed condition
  • Conduct maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of wide variety of Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machines, conventional machines, Programmable Logic Controls (PLC) controls and conveyor systems
  • Ensures operation of machinery and mechanical equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements on engines, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and production machines; following diagrams, sketches, operations manuals, manufacturer’s instructions, and engineering specifications; troubleshooting malfunctions
  • Locates sources of problems by observing mechanical devises in operation; listening for problems; using precision measuring and testing instruments
  • Removes defective parts by dismantling devices; using hoists, cranes, and hand and power tools; examining form and texture of parts

PAY SCALE: $22.00 - 28.00 Per Hour Depending on experience level
