Our client is located in the North Valleys and they are looking for a dynamic CSR !

This position is responsible for establishing and maintaining sustainable relationships with customers on behalf of the company by taking personal and complete responsibility for each customer contact and by ensuring that all customer requirements are completely met.

The CSR has primary responsibility for ensuring that customer needs are met, that proper arrangements for products delivery are taken and that all complaints are resolved and recorded in a timely manner.

CSR will proactively provide information to customers about their pending orders or in response to inquiries about products and services.

The representative will receive, review and process orders for printed marketing materials and will also explain how to use account features and solve customer application and Internet problems.
