    Seeking for Precision Painter for our Manufacturer Company located in the City of Rancho Cucamonga.

    Precision Spray Painter First Shift: 6 am to 2:30 pm

    Pay Rate: $ 24 DOE Experienced Precision Painter

    Precision Spray Painter Job Description:

    • Must be able to read and understand both verbal and written instructions {process travelers} also have understanding of basic math.
    • Detailed oriented with strong organization skills.
    • Must be able to see color.
    • Follow all principles and practices of spray coating application.
    • Must be able to mix paint {base, catalyst, and reducer} according to specific product needs.
    • Determine paint flow, viscosity and coating quality by performing visual inspections.
    • Willing to learn new techniques. Spray paint different shapes & size parts.
    • Bake parts at appropriate temperatures within time limitations.
    • Ensure safety guidelines are being met to assure a safe work environment.
    • Communicate with supervisor about scheduled production & materials.

  • Human Resources Specialist

    Location: FONTANA, CA Base Pay: 25.00 per HOUR

    A Large Roof Shingle Manufacturer in the City of Fontana is looking for a Bilingual Human Resource Journalist.

    Human Resource Schedule: Monday to Friday 8 am to to 4:30 pm

    Pay Rate:  $ 25.00 an hr. or DOE

    Job Description:

    The HR Generalist is responsible for managing tactical employee relations issues, some recruiting responsibilities, reporting In addition, the incumbent will assist in training and development initiatives, coaching, payroll administration, EEO/AAP reporting, and other HR functions as needed.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

    • Recruitment and onboarding of employees: creating job requisitions, coordinating offer, pre-employment activities, onboarding and applicable OFCCP reporting.
    • Generate necessary reports for payroll and HR. Coordinate all HR related documents for job/employee status changes for employees.
    • Plan, coordinate and facilitate various training programs in compliance with OSHA regulations and standards.
    • Maintain proper documentation and assist with employee relations issues and vendor/supplier communication in partnership with the HR business partner. Generate ideas for and coordinate employee relations activities that foster employee morale and interaction. Spend time walking the production floor, facilitate conflict resolution and provide coaching and feedback as appropriate.
    • Assist HR Manager in conducting investigations of potential violations of company policies as needed. Conduct employee focus group meetings following administration of the corporate Employee Engagement Survey.
    • Conduct new hire orientation and ensure rules, regulations, and CBA information is reviewed and understood.
    • Assist with employee recognition programs and Safety Rewards Programs
    • Partnership with local vendors to maintain contingent workforce needs.
    • Participate in various aspects of safety, including participating in safety audits, delivery of training programs, conducting job safety analysis, identification and reconciliation of root cause of safety incidents.
    • Compile and analyze monthly and annual statistics. Prepare and distribute various reports.
    • Assist the HR Manager with Community Engagement activities and other corporate initiatives.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.

    Material Handler Associates Pay Rate: $18.00

    Material Handler Associates Schedule: Monday-Friday 40-hour Schedule

    Time: 4 pm to 12:30 am

    Length: Performance to hire

    Material Handler Associate Job Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Folding/Packaging ceiling shingles
    • Packing 10-15 shingles in individual cases by hand
    • Work Independently with minimal supervision.
    • Check all shingles and ensure there is no damages.
    • production range from 420 – 1,200 cases packed per day.

    Job Requirements:

    • 0-3 months of basic warehouse experience.
    • Able to stand, bend & walk for up to 8 hours a day.
    • Steel toe boots / shoes are required.
    • Must be a team player.
