  Job Responsibilities of the Computer Production Technician:

  • Performs routine diagnotics and troubleshooting of computer hardware and software applications 
  • Assists with the repair process as needed
  • Use of tools and equipment of various types to assemble parts
  • Orders correct parts using the proper procedures.
  • Tests units according to work instructions and process flows.
  • Responsible for inspecting the quality of products 
  • Responsible for completing applicable paperwork completely and accurately.

  • Verify defect is recorded correctly
  • Research part vendor and start return processes
  • Assist team with high volume returned parts
  • Development and implementation of Test Software Log.  Maintain log to reflect current rev of test software being used for all CCBU Products.
  • Test and diagnostics of servers.
  • Repair or replace parts as necessary for servers
  • Troubleshoots technical issues and complete applicable documentation.
  • Use of tools and test equipment of various types, to diagnose issues with notebooks and servers
  • Disassembles and/or reassembles units according to the applicable work instructions.

• Warehouse Associate

  Location: LAVERGNE, TN Base Pay: 16.75 per HOUR

  The Warehouse Associate starting pay is $16.75 per hour 1st shift & $17.25 per hour 2nd shift at our client's Climate-Controlled Facility.

  Shift times for Warehouse Associates:

  • 1st shift - Monday thru Friday; 7:00am to 3:30pm.
  • Overtime may be required - OT hours Mon - Sat - 6:00am - 4:30pm ( OT = More $$$)
  • 2nd shift Monday thru Friday; 4:30pm to 1am.
  • Overtime may be required - Monday - Saturday - 4:30PM - 3AM.  (OT = EXTRA $$$$$)
