    Must be able to work ALL shifts

    Pay: $27.45

     

    POSITION SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS:

    • Troubleshooting of machinery, electrical components, jigs, fixtures, tooling, plumbing, and physical plant structure
    • Follow Company policies and display conduct expected of Auria employees as described in the Work Plant Rules and Work Safety Rules.
    • To meet and maintain all customer quality standards as well as the standards of Auria.
    • Participate and support all lean, continuous improvement programs, initiatives and activities.
    • Assist Operations to meet or exceed daily production goals as directed.
    • Clean all assigned work areas after completion of the required work, return all tools to proper storage area at the end of the shift and report any malfunctioning equipment
    • Perform all assigned tasks per the TPM, SOP (standard operating procedures), manufacturing alerts, safety alerts and quality alerts.
    • Perform other duties as assigned

     

    COMPENSATION:

    • $27.45 per hour

    • Operate Mobile CMMS Device for Reactive Calls - and Preventive Maintenance assignments. 
    • Electrical install: Conduit and Wire runs.
    • Electrical – Change light bulbs on equipment.

    • Responsible for troubleshooting electrical and mechanical systems.

    • Must comply with Electrical PM programs and procedures. 
    • Complete Electrical PM Inspections, Wire Harness, Filters, Cable Management.
    • Maintain technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and formal training.
    • Comply with all IATF policies and procedures.

    Job Details:

    • Produce and/or assemble machined parts made of iron, steel, and aluminum at an acceptable standard rate.

    • Deburr machined parts using hand tools and pneumatic tools.

    • Perform in-process inspection of machined and assembled parts using basic measuring tools, go/no-go gages, thread gages, and special gages.

    • Accurately record production rates, scrap counts, and other documented data as required.

    • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area using basic housekeeping supplies.

    Qualifications: Successful candidates for the position of Machine Operator should demonstrate the following skills and abilities -

    • Ability to function in an industrial environment safely by utilizing proper PPE. 
    • Dependable attendance record and strong work ethic. 
    • Willingness to learn and adhere to procedures. 
    • Basic arithmetic for tracking production and scrap rates.
    • Ability to be flexible and run different jobs throughout the shop.

    Safety Requirements: Employee’s must be willing and capable to wear Safety Glasses (Non-Tinted) and Safety Toe shoes or boots on the shop floor as well as Ear Plugs at machining centers. The use of a forklift or crane may be required. The wearing of gloves is as needed. Ear buds and radios are not permitted on the shop floor.

    • Basic understanding of design techniques, principles and tools necessary for the precise production of technical plans, drawings and blueprints.
    • Excellent ability to read and listen to assignments given in a variety of forms.
    • Basic understanding of mathematics as related to welding assignments
    • Must be able to pass specific HSP weld test with full understanding of shielding gases, positions joint configurations, wire feed rates and establishing proper welding parameters.
    • 3+ years of experience
    • Must be able to read engineered blueprint drawings
    • Must be familiar with varying welding method/techniques using Flux or metal Cord wire
    • Fabrication background preferred.
