Packaging Associate Job Duties:

• Quickly and efficiently assemble components, which can include but not limited to capping bottles, repacking bottles and/or building kits of multiple components to ensure production levels are maintained
• May work individually or as part of an assembly line to complete the process, in which case must communicate with other team members on the production line to ensure speed and accuracy to meet established metrics
• Accurately record daily production with limited use of company ERP system
• Inform supervisors of any part or equipment defects to ensure prompt response to the problem
• Maintain an efficient and orderly production room while following all company and facility safety policies, procedures, and guidelines and immediately reporting potentially hazardous situations
• Support branch metrics to drive customer

• Perform functional testing and dimensional analysis of samples as assigned in an accurate and timely manner. Quality Assurance Technician

• Review requests associated with samples, determine appropriate tests to perform, and provide analysis to assist in resolution of the request.

• Provide updates to the team regarding samples received and priority of processing samples. Quality Assurance Technician
• Ensure all instruments used in dimensional analysis are calibrated and operating properly.

• Perform visual inspection, dimensional analysis, functional testing, and final review of all pre-delivery analysis paperwork and approve batches for shipment Quality Assurance Technician

Job Requirements:

• Experience with Customer Complaints, Corrective Actions and Root Cause Analysis.

• Ability to evaluate specifications / dimensional data and interpret technical drawings.

• Strong computer skills in current Windows / Microsoft environment.

• Perform day-to-day activities including cooking, scaling, pumping, packaging and sanitation.
• Control quality and production costs through strict adherence to recipes and production procedures – monitoring waste and loss, and improved work efficiencies.
• Coordinate and perform equipment and plant sanitation, as needed.
