  • Journeyman Electrician for 2nd shift!!

    Location: Okarche, OK Base Pay: 34.00 per HOUR

    We are hiring Journeyman Electricians! (2nd shift- 4pm-3am North El Reno area)

    Great benefits and lots of overtime is available. Pay is $34 per hour for Journeyman electricians . You get 4 weeks paid vacation your first year!!

    Responsibilities include:

    Connect wires to circuit breakers, fuse holders, power supply’s, transformers, or other components.
    Repair or replace wiring, equipment, and fixtures, using hand tools and power tools.
    Assemble, electrical or electronic wiring, equipment on panels and equipment, and components using hand and or power tools.
    Test electrical systems and continuity of circuits in electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures, using testing devices such as ohmmeters, voltmeters, and clamp on style amp meters.
    Use a variety of tools and equipment such as power equipment, measuring devices, power tools, soldering irons, and hydraulic tools.
    Ability to read electrical schematics

    Weekend Day shift 5:30-6 PM  You work 3 12 hour days.  (Friday-Sun)

     

    Set up and operate conventional CNC machines and machining centers to fabricate metal parts by performing the following duties:

    Study blueprints, drawings, or sample part to determine dimensions and tolerances of finished workpiece, sequence of operations, and setup requirements.
    Select, align, and secure holding fixtures, cutting tools, attachments, accessories, and materials on machines as necessary to machine parts as required.
    Calculate and set controls to regulate machining factors such as speed, feed, coolant flow, and depth and angle of cut, or enter commands to retrieve, input or edit computerized machine control according to established procedures.
    Verify conformance of finished work-piece to specifications, using measuring and inspection tools as necessary.
    Perform routine maintenance tasks on machines as required.
    Confer with management, programmers, and production personnel to resolve machining or assembly problems.
    Maintain a clean and organized work area and return all unused tooling to the proper place.
    Maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner so that you get along with co-workers, managements, suppliers and customers.
    Ensure that all safe work practices are followed and adhered to.
    Work experience Requirements

    Ability to read and interpret blueprints and documents
    Must have machine maintenance experience
    Ability work with mathematical concepts such as portability and statistical inference and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry.
    Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions to practical situations.
    While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand.
    While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts and a sometimes moderate noise level in the work environment.

    A CMM technician operates a coordinate measuring machine (CMM), which is used in factory production to take precise measurements for welders and other mechanics.     •  Stores articles in bins, on floor or on shelves according to identifying information, such as style, size, or type  of material. Fills orders or issues supplies from stock. 
    • Audit Inventory monthly, quarterly and yearly 
    • Data entry of inventory transactions in Salesforce, as well as Excel and Microsoft Word 
    • Reconciliation and resolution of inventory discrepancies 
    • Copy and fax/email documents 
    • Match packaging slips with Purchase Orders 
    • Deliver products to designated locations 
    • Communicate professionally with vendors, drivers and internal employees

    • Verify conformance of finished work-piece to specifications, using measuring and inspection tools as necessary.
    • Perform routine maintenance tasks on machines as required.
    • Confer with management, programmers, and production personnel to resolve machining or assembly problems.
    • Maintain a clean and organized work area and return all unused tooling to the proper place.
    • Maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner so that you get along with co-workers, managements, suppliers and customers.
    • Ensure that all safe work practices are followed and adhered to.

    Work experience Requirements

    • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and documents
    • Must have machine maintenance experience
    • Ability work with mathematical concepts such as portability and statistical inference and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry.
    • Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions to practical situations.
    • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand.
    • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts and a sometimes moderate noise level in the work environment.
