JOB SUMMARY Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, conduct inspection and test per control plan, work instruction and procedures. This includes cleaning, changeover, equipment setup, and other functions as needed. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS • Follow established SOP’s(Standard Operating Procedures) and cGMP’s (General Manufacturing Practices) • Setup packaging equipment as required • Perform setups to standard using the Mechanical Worksheets assigned • Perform equipment changeovers removing format parts, cleaning and staging in assigned locations. • Operate packaging line machinery • Perform pre-run documentation as required • Perform in-line documentation as required • Perform post run documentation as required • Assist Supervisors and Process Owners in the daily running of production • Conduct inspections and test per control plan • Maintain good housekeeping at all time at the respective working area • Must be able to adapt to any job as per assigned by the superior • Liaise with technician for machine setup and machine down/problem • Assist on the job cross training of operators and ensure they follow the work instruction and understand the defect criteria as required • Maintain accurate production data and communicate results as directed to Packaging Associates, Process Owners and Production Supervisor/Manager • Observe machine operations to ensure quality and conformity of filled or packaged products to standard • Adjust machine components and machine tension and pressure according to size or processing angle of product • Remove finished packaged items from machine • Other duties as assigned
