Pad Printing Lead Technician:
Shift- 1st shift
Compensation- $20-30 per hour depending on experience
Safely load or unload trucks and/or deliver material to appropriate areas of the plant using specialized material distribution equipment.
*Responsible for material moves in the facility and perform appropriate scanning transactions.
*Delivery and collection of carts/pallets/totes to and from points of use, department, warehouse, truck or other areas according to defined schedule.
*Load or unload trucks as required.
*Must follow work instructions, safety rules and proper response to hazardous materials.
*Support standardized work processes and promote team work.
*Must be certified to operate the material handling equipment including tugger, forklift.
*Maintain good housekeeping practices as specified within the department.

JOB DESCRIPTION: The welder will weld, cut and braze metal pieces and products by using flame-cutting and hand welding equipment.
Plans details of work order procedures; gathers required tools and materials based on instructions and specifications provided for job.
Set up fixtures and fabricates various items using various cutting/burning equipment and setting correct weld machine parameters prior to welding
Monitors the welding, burning and fitting process to ensure parts are produced to meet specific drawing
Prepares, assembles and tacks weld parts and surfaces to be welded per drawing requirements.
Notifies supervisor when faulty equipment or defective materials are discovered.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE and SKILLS: Basic understanding of design techniques, principles and tools necessary for the precise production of technical plans, drawings and blueprints.
Excellent ability to read and listen to assignments given in a variety of forms.
Basic understanding of mathematics as related to welding assignments
Must be able to pass specific weld test with full understanding of shielding gases, positions joint configurations, wire feed rates and establishing proper welding parameters.
3+ years of experience
Must be able to read engineered blueprint drawings
Must be familiar with varying welding method/techniques using Flux or metal Cord wire
Fabrication background preferred.
