    Location: Eaton Rapids, MI Base Pay: Based on experience

    Die Cast Operators are in high demand at a client of ours, located in Eaton Rapids, MI. This is a 2nd or 3rd shift position and pay is based on experience, ranging from $18-19 hourly. Die Cast Operators will be working in factory that practices daily screenings and sanitation practices to keep you safe while in the warehouse.

    Die Cast Operator duties include:

    • Set up and operate the die cast machine and related equipment in an efficient and proper manner
    • Load ingots on conveyor
    • Monitor and control the quality and process of the parts produced.
    • Independently troubleshoot equipment or quality problems produced by the machine
    • Guide and direct the general duties working with you at your assigned machine/cell.  Escalate all concerns to the Team Leader and/or Supervisor in a manner that supports a productive working environment.

  • Electrical Assembly Technician

    We are currently in search of a skilled Electrical Assembly Technician, for a great opportunity with a client of ours, located in Mason, MI. This position will safely assemble, troubleshoot and wire electrical controls for production equipment.     Duties of an Electrical Assembly Technician include:

    • Assemble and wire advanced electrical controls for production equipment
    • Identify and evaluate all electrical and electronic components
    • Proficiently read and interpret electrical control and machine assembly drawings, bills of material, schematics, and other reference materials
    • Proficiently operate power and hand tools to prepare material for assembly. These tools will include; but not limited to: wire cutter, wire crimper, pliers, screwdrivers, soldering iron, drill motor, cut off saw, grinder, automatic crimping machine, pallet jack, hand carts and overhead crane
    • Operate and test production and experimental control systems
    • Support production plants in troubleshooting electrical problems on production machines using phone, email, or in person
    • Lead teams as needed in electrical assembly and at production plants
    • Review electrical assembly procedures and make recommendations for improving quality and efficiency
    • Check own work and make needed corrections
    • Conduct advanced level bench tests on electrical controls
    • Diagnose and repair advanced level electrical assemblies/machine control panels before and after installed on completed machine, using digital multi-meters and oscilloscopes

    Duties of an Industrial Maintenance Technician include:

    Duties of a CNC Machinist include:

    • Operate grinding equipment in cell, including cut off wheel, buffing wheel, belt grinder, etc.
    • Inspect and remove defects such as cracks, belt marks, dings & dents, etc.
    • Inspect parts using gaging to determine areas that lie outside of specifications.
    • Use inspection tools and gages, e.g., overlay, calipers, Go/No-go Gages, micrometers, Height Gages, and OC (Optical Comparators) as required.
    • Set up jobs and operate conventional, special-purpose and computerized numerical control (CNC) machines to fabricate metallic parts.
    • Select, align and secure holding fixtures, cutting tools, attachments, accessories and materials on machines, such as mills, lathes, grinders and tooling pre-setter.
