As a Production Supervisor, you will be on your feet and active while you are operating machines and loading and unloading products. You’ll also be using your observation skills as you inspect the finished products and monitor the machines to ensure they are running smoothly. If you like working in a fast-paced, steady environment where you are critical and necessary to the success of the company, this is the job for you!

  Job Responsibilities

  • Set goals for performance and deadlines in ways that comply with company’s plans and vision and communicate them to subordinates Perform hands-on tasks and use hand tools
  • Monitor employee productivity, organize workflow, and provide constructive feedback and coaching to ensure that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks

  • Scheduling work hours and shifts and coordinating job rotation and cross-training

  • Have proper communication with Management and maintain confidentiality regarding all information given/acquired.
  • Prepare and submit performance reports
  • Ensure adherence to legal and company policies and procedures and undertake disciplinary actions if the need arises
