Quality Control Inspector:
Job Functions:
- Maintain effective communication with upper management, to achieve and maintain daily target limitations, capabilities, and overall performance levels.
- Demonstrate leadership skills and ability to communicate effectively.
- Write, review, and validate quality assurance procedures, and product specifications to ensure compliance and overall product quality.
- Define, generate, and execute strategies, to ensure that daily goals are efficiently achieved.
- Liaison between multiple departments (manufacturing, engineering, warehouse, shipping and receiving) for daily operations and product output
- Train and mentor new and current quality and manufacturing staff within a manufacturing line environment
- Perform analysis and investigation to determine the cause and corrective action of delivered non-conformances
- Conduct internal compliance audits for the Manufacturing and Quality departments.
- Provide Production Lines with Quality Material Board Review (MRB) support.
Job Requirements:
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of quality experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Effective communication skills and technical writing skills
- Associates Degree (Metallurgical, Electrical, Manufacturing, Quality or Mechanical) or equivalent experience
- Ability to meet customer delivery dates and willing to work overtime.
- Strong technical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills

Accounting Assistant Responsibilities:
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including invoice
processing, AR collections, payment processing, reconciliations and etc. - Monitor accounts receivable aging, prepare and send regular statements to
customers, and follow up on overdue accounts. - Respond to inquiries from vendors and customers regarding billing and payment
issues. - Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Prepare and process expense reports, reimbursements, commission reports, and
etc. - Assist with physical inventory count.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card statements on a regular basis.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures, including journal entries
and account reconciliations. - Support the accounting team with ad hoc projects and tasks as needed.

Return Merchandise Authorization Job Summary:
RMA is a rapidly growing field that requires a unique blend of technical, business, and marketing skills to succeed. RMA professionals are responsible for inspection of return electronics. This is an onsite role in the city of Lake Forest, CA. Pay is starting at $21.00 per hour.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Receive and process all product returns and repairs.
- Document and maintain current RMA processes, with constant attention.
- Utilize ERP systems to manage end to end RMA process.
- Organize on-time shipments for replacement and/or repaired products.
- Inspecting all returns for stock rotation, credits, or replacements.
- Follow-up with customers, vendors.
- Efficiently fulfilling internal request for products accurately and in a timely manner.
- Able to lift, push, and move items (up to 50 lbs) following proper lifting techniques.
