ResourceMFG is searching for a highly skilled Welder to join our team and contribute to our company's growth and success!

With this role, the Welder will be welding stainless steel, repairing, and fabricating materials by applying appropriate techniques, using various welding devices. The ideal candidate should have a steady hand and great attention to detail.  Preferred a minimum of 1 to 2 years experience with TIG and MIG.   

Welder Responsibilities but not limited to:

• Determine appropriate welding equipment
• Set up components for welding according to specifications
• Weld, fabricate, repair, test, and inspect welded surfaces 
• Maintain equipment in a condition that does not compromise safety
• Read measurements to plan layout and procedures
• Welding- stainless steel

Job Requirements:

1^st and 2^nd shift available!

Monday – Friday and weekends as needed

1^st: 5am-5pm $15.10/hr.

2^nd: 5pm-5am $16.60/hr.

ResourceMFG’s  production associate must be team oriented, have amazing work ethic, have attention to detail and able to learn and rotate until other roles in a fast-paced production environment, as needed

6+ months of manufacturing, assembly, production experience

Must be able to understand and interpret order data.

Basic Computer Skills: ability to input proper data into computer using a computer keyboard.

Ability to add, subtract, work with fractions

Use, understand, and thoroughly read a tape measure

Available to work 8, 10, 12 hour shifts while standing for prolonged periods of time

This Production Associate position has the opportunity to go full time after 90 days with a large, well established manufacturer in Farmville, NC.

Monday-Friday  Starting at $15.00/Hr.

 2nd shift available  3PM-11PM 

This Production Associate position may required to stack parts up to 30 lbs. for a period of up to 12 hours.  Maintain plant and plant equipment per 5S Standards.  Production Associates must follow all company safety rules and lock-out tag-out procedures.  Must be a team player in support of a manufacturing operation with a goal of increasing productivity.
