PRIMARY FUNCTION: Perform various manufacturing functions associated with the operation of equipment required in manufacturing of building wrap materials. Positions include but are not limited to press/rewinder operation, machine monitoring, and altering press templates. On the job training will be provided.
- Equipment setup and operation of the roll-press & rewinder machinery.
- Adjust variable and provide adjustments as requires to ensure systems are operating correctly within parameters of the product.
- Performs system checks, monitors and responds appropriately to alarms, interprets trending data and report malfunctions.
- Complete the necessary paperwork for the completion of work day.

Summary

Department and Product Knowledge:
This ECA department focus in producing a surgical equipment called “Turbinate Blade” that features a patented, elevated, rotating tip that allows surgeons to remove tissue more precisely than traditional surgery tools, which helps protect the delicate mucosa. Turbinate Blade is a “cold” technique that helps avoid unpredictable collateral thermal damage to surrounding tissue. The volume of reduction is immediately apparent since there is no delay for scar contracture as with other methods.
Job Description:
• Responsibilities include but not limited to, assembling small medical devices according to the validated procedure
• Work from visual aids, method layouts, diagrams, schematics, process flow sheets and written or verbal assembly instructions
• Comply with Environmentally Controlled Area (ECA) / Cleanroom / FAB protocol, including gowning procedures, and safety procedures
• Ensure continuous flow of work in process (wafers / batteries / device)
• Perform quality inspections on processing line in accordance with quality specifications
• Accurately enter data into tracking system. Daily report documenting required during assembly process.
• Demonstrate the ability to work as a team member in a manner that is conducive to a positive work environment
Dress code Policy :
This is a clean room environment (ECS room) with an inflexible dress code. Guidelines include no makeup, no false nails, no nail polish, No strong fragrances, no jewelry. Long pants and socks above the ankles are required.
