    Location: IRVINE, CA Base Pay: 23.00 per HOUR

    Seeking a highly motivated individual to work at a fast growing dessert and ice processing plant in Irvine!

    The Accounts Payable Clerk is a key member of the Finance organization and is responsible for processing financial transactions for the Company.

     

    JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES:

    High-volume processing of vendor invoices Matching invoices to purchase orders and receipts and resolution of any discrepancies Reviewing invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment Responding to external vendors and internal managers regarding all aspects of the accounts payable process Contributing to departmental automation and process improvement projects Reconciling vendor statements, researching, and correcting discrepancies

    JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

    Education:

    Bachelor Degree is a PLUS

    Must be able to work in a team environment

    Must have people and communication skills.

    Experience:

    3 years of experience working in Accounts Payable Experience with Microsoft Excel and ERP System (Sage)

  • Shipping and Receiving Clerk

    Location: Santa Ana, CA Base Pay: 18.00 per HOUR

    • Compares identifying information and counts, weighs, or measures items of incoming and outgoing shipments to verify information against bills of lading, invoices, orders, or other records. • Determines method of shipment. • Affixes shipping labels on packed cartons or stencils identifying shipping information on cartons. • Assembles wooden or cardboard containers or selects preassembled containers. • Inserts items into containers. • Nails covers on wooden crates and binds containers with metal tape. • Stamps, stencils, or glues identifying information and shipping instructions onto crates or containers. • Posts weights and shipping charges, and affixes postage. • Unpacks and examines incoming shipments, rejects damaged items, records shortages, and corresponds with shipper to rectify damages and shortages. • Routes items to departments. • Examines outgoing shipments to ensure shipments meet specifications. • Maintains inventory of shipping materials and supplies. • Operates tier forklift to move, convey, or hoist shipments from shipping and receiving platform to storage or work area. • Responds promptly to customer needs; solicits customer feedback to improve service; meets commitments • Inspects parts and acknowledges that parts are up to par to service.
