• Forklift mechanics and repair: engines, break jobs (wet & dry), tear downs.
• Mechanical, hydraulic and electrical repairs

• Schedule: Monday – Friday
• 1st shift: 6a-2:30p
• Pay will depend on level of experience.  $20 – $30  per hour

ResourceMFG is seeking an experienced Plant Maintenance Technician for our Northeast Houston client (area Hwy 59N and Little York).

Temp to hire       1st shift 6AM

Pay: $25 – $30 an hour DOE

• Perform machinery repairs on manual and CNC plant equipment that may consist of basic disassembly and reassembly of machines and machine components.
• Perform minor building, HVAC, plumbing, mechanical painting repairs as necessary • Assist in implementing preventative maintenance measures
• Maintain inventory of repair equipment and supplies
• Respond quickly in the event of an emergency, notify appropriate personnel and follow safety protocol
• Perform other maintenance duties as requested

Job Requirements:

• 3-5 years maintenance experience in a precision production environment
• Proficient in reading and understanding hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical schematics

ResourceMFG is seeking an experienced Distribution (Warehouse) Lead for our North Houston client (area: Beltway 8 & Ella).

Temp to Hire          1st shift 8:00AM – 8:00PM (must be flexible to start as early as 6:00AM)

Pay:  $18 to start, however increase as the position goes full-time.

1. Operate a sit-down forklift to load/unload materials and to pull orders for the day.
2. Inspect all inbound/outbound shipments and verified all PO numbers for the distribution center.
3. Assist with the shipping, staging, and receiving of products transferred from the local plant.
4. Ensure the work area is safe and clean at all times of the day in accordance with Six Sigma.
5. Approve all inbound/outbound paper work.
6. Lead and direct a team of up to 20 staff
7. Use RF scanner

• Must have up to 4+  years of recent Lead experience

Responsibilities Include:  Design and improve quality standards, inspect materials and products to industry quality standards, develop quality control systems and determined corrective actions.

• Develop and implement quality standards.
• Direct audit activities and recommend alternate auditing procedures for continuous improvement.
• Develop and implement quality control systems.
• Develop the knowledge and skills of the Quality Engineer.
• Monitor and analyze effectiveness of plant quality performance.
• Supervise the testing materials, equipment, processes and products to ensure that quality specifications are met.
• Collaborating with supervisors and managers and customers to develop and implement quality system controls and improvements.
• Ensure that workflows, processes and products comply with safety regulations.
• Investigate and troubleshoot product or production quality issues.
• Develop and maintain robust root cause and corrective action processes.
• Maintain sound quality records and calibration processes.

Job Requirements:

Must have Quality CONTROL & ASSURANCE experience.  This is a Management role.
