    Molding Operators needed for 1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts in Cadillac, MI!

    Production Operator Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

    • Operate an injection press and/or Sacomat press / or assembly operation.
    • Perform in line testing.
    • Verify components used and produce according to Process Sheets and Books
    • Complete all required Traceability and Lab Sample Tags and Production Reports

    Job Requirements

    • Minimum 12 months relevant Materials Handler experience
    • Attention to detail
    • Strong organizational skills
    • Able to use basic hand and power tools
    • Basic Math
    • Mechanical aptitude
    • Basic computer skills

    • Experience on Forklift or other industrial equipment

    An Automotive Manufacturer located downtown Grand Rapids is looking for experienced Automation Technician to join their team. Automation Technicians is responsible for machine repairs, projects, refurbishments, rebuilds, and preventive/predictive maintenance activities.

    • Basic PLC program development
    • Repair and troubleshoot cementing/coating mechanical, electrical, and spraying systems
    • Plan and complete projects, refurbishments, and rebuilds
    • Repair and troubleshoot of robots and robotic assembly cells, including EOAT
    • Complete and accurately enter work activity into CMMS

  • Process Technician

    An Automotive Manufacturer located downtown Grand Rapids is looking for experienced Molding Technicians to join their team. Molding Technicians are responsible for comprehensive production and maintenance support of product specific injection molding cells to minimize machine downtime and optimize productivity.

    • 2nd, 3rd, and weekend shift available
    • Pay ranges based on experience

    Molding Technician duties and responsibilities

    • Preforms preventative maintenance on rubber and plastic injection molding in timely and efficient manner
    • Use MVP CMMS documents to record appropriate preventative maintenance, downtime, and spare parts information
    • Assists in training in instillation and documentation of injection mold systems
    • Ensures preventative maintenance paperwork is completed efficiently and in a timely manner
    • Contribute continuous improvements to ensure injection press is performing at peak
    • Attend necessary training classes or seminars as directed by department manager.
    • Communicate work cells issues, specific machine issues, and work cell downtime etc. using communication methods provided
