    Duties of a Process Technician:

    • Respond quickly and efficiently to production downtime situations to maximize injection mold up-time.
    • Performs preventive maintenance on rubber and plastic injection molding in timely and efficient manner identifying potential items in need of future maintenance.
    • Use MVP CMMS documents to record appropriate PM, downtime, and spare parts information.
    • Properly follow spare parts management procedure to identify, inventory, and properly store critical spare parts.
    • Ensures that preventive maintenance paperwork is completed efficiently and timely manner.
    • Perform Process Verification procedures and Process Deviation procedures on injection mold cells when changing necessary parameters.
    • Assists in training in installation and documentation of injection mold systems.

    Duties of an Automation Technician: 

    • Completion of assigned equipment PM activities as scheduled by CMMS.

    • Repair and troubleshoot of robots and robotic assembly cells, including EOAT.

    Duties of a Mold Process Technician:

    • Responsible for the process troubleshooting and setup of injection molds and machines with a focus on safety, quality and productivity throughout all aspects of the molding process.
    • Start up, shut down, and monitor injection molding processes to produce products that meet the quality standards of the customers.
    • Troubleshoot and diagnose injection molding processes when needed.
