  Machine Operators will:

  • Blow off parts using and air gun
  • Stripping parts from molds using a stripper
  • Brush mold with lube
  • Operators will learn to make their own adjustments to ensure quality control
  • Learn to do mold changes
  • Make boxes
  • Inspect the finished product for defects and imperfections
  • Pack and seal boxes
  • Gauge parts
  • Document results
  • Other duties assigned

  Hours- Monday- Thursday 4:30pm to 2:30am with training on 1st shift

  Job Duties:

  Retrieve plugs and stage plugs from proper area. within the warehouse.
  Operate box sticker and bailer machines and monitor equipment for proper operation.
  Move pallets and distribute in Make and Shape area.
  Complete basic production log to include tank number and ect.
  Some experience in a production environment is desirable.
