  • Assists in the day to day administration of the property office in a clean and well organized manner, including answering telephones, interacting with residents in a courteous and professional manner; sorting, distributing, opening and answering mail daily; and handling resident inquiries and concerns 
  • Exercises common sense, good judgement, consistency and self-control in day to day contact with residents and in other business related matters 
  • Assists Property Manager in consistent application of property rules and regulations, lease, lease agenda and documents, and reports all violations 
  • Processes, completes and maintains accurate resident files at move-in within established regulatory guidelines 
  • Assist Property Manager in upholding compliance with regulatory requirements, which includes posting all licenses, permits, notices and occupancy permits required bu federal, state, and local jurisdictions; and preparation and submittal of reports in an accurate and timely manner 
  • Assist in reviewing completed rental application and leases for accuracy and completeness 
  • Conducts unit tours and application interviews in accordance with JSCo's Resident Selection Policy, and program requirements 
  • Obtains appropriate documentation, completes certification, and collects rent in accordance with program policies and procedures
  • In the absence of the Property Manager, may be responsible for overseeing maintenance and janitorial staff, including ant vendor or temporary personnel working at the property ans ensures completion and quality of product provided

Requirements:

  • 2 plus years experience in affordable housing preferred - must have some exposure to affordable section 8 
  • 2 years managing people, projects, materials, and information 
  • 2 plus years within an administrative environment

ResourceMFG is partnering with a large Precision sheet metal shop in Arlington. This company manufactures fluid handling systems and is currently seeking an experienced Press Brake Operator to join their growing team.

Press Brake Operator II

Position Overview: This position is responsible for the daily setup and operation of hydraulic CNC controlled press brakes in a just-in-time precision sheet metal fabrication shop.

Essential duties:

  • Set-up and operate a press brake safely
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and shop fabrication drawings
  • Meet or exceed allotted times and quality expectations
  • Account for time and work completed via an online computer data collection system
  • Must be able to use precision measuring equipment (calipers, height gauge, protractor, etc)
  • Ability to perform self-inspection on first produced part prior to having it verified in quality department and continually verify part quality throughout production run
  • Provide feedback to leadership to help identify and resolve quality issues, operation improvements, and safety improvements

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of three years set-up and operation of CNC hydraulic press brakes with various metals
  • Factory press brake training desired, but not required
  • Basic computer skills required to be able to record times and completed quantities
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as drawings, schematics, blueprints, work orders, rules, instructions and procedure manuals
  • Demonstrated ability to perform fab shop mathematics with a calculator including addition, subtraction, geometry and trigonometry.
