Production Worker Job Duties:

• Read the work order to determine what is needed to make the core
• Inserts and adjust rods and vents according to the job sheet.
• Spray the core to prevent iron from sticking to the sand
• Measure and mix sand material to the correct specifications
• Fill the core box with sand and apply sand to the core box’s specified thickness by using a ramming machine.
• Inserts and adjust rods and vents according to the job sheet.
