Job Requirements:

TIG Welder Job Requirements:

• Read blueprints and drawings to identify welding measurements and position.
• Monitor equipment operation to ensure temperature conditions are optimal.
• Adhere to health/safety guidelines and procedures.
• Mount and secure workpieces.
• Utilize hand plasma, gas in welding Stainless, Aluminized and Galvanized.
• Operate manual and semi-automatic welding equipment in vertical, horizontal, or overhead positions.
• Forklift certified (which can be done by our company personnel).
• Perform other duties as directed by management.

TIG Welder Job Qualifications: 

• Able to carry out complex calculations to determine the dimension and configuration of a welding project. 
• Previous Pencil Torch Tig Welding experience required
• Able to perform welding operations under extreme conditions such heat.
• Required to take an assessment welding test
• Standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, reaching.  Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.

Job Requirements:

Press Brake Operator Job Requirements:

• Program/operate CNC Press Brake.
• Layout parts to meet blueprint specifications using calipers, gauges, etc.
• Make small mathematically calculated angle corrections.
• Understand and comply with safety requirements in every area.
• Check all fluid levels & maintain weekly
• Reports all problems with machine to management.
• Forklift certified (which can be done by our company personnel).
• Ability to read and understand blueprint drawings for measurements and pulling of components.
• Perform other duties as directed by management.

Press Break Operator Qualifications 

• Reading blueprints & using basic measuring tools.  Able to perform basic math with fractions and decimals. 
• Previous experience as a press operator is required 
• Previous experience w/ CAD & CNC Programming a plus.
• Standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, reaching.  Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.

• Review job orders to ensure correct adjustments to printing machine 
• Test inks and paints on printer
• Troubleshoot minor issues on equipment 
• Clean the printing press and peripherals 
• Load and unload products and rolls up to 50lbs

• Excellent physical strength and stamina lifting up to 50lbs
• Strong attention to detail
