  • Injection Molding Process Technician

    The Injection Mold Process Technician is responsible for all aspects of the injection mold processes including; changing out molds, completing setups, troubleshooting, operation, and maintenance of injection mold equipment.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Perform and direct the mold and material changing processes
    • Assure that mold set up, changeovers, and housekeeping standards are met
    • Ensure new job start-ups run correctly, making any necessary adjustments
    • Work with production personnel to ensure molded parts meet requirements, make adjustments as necessary
    • Troubleshoot processing problems including normal adjustments and checks
    • Ensure molding machines and supporting systems are set to correct parameters and meeting the production goals
    • Verify process parameters and implement changes, as appropriate, to improve cycle times
    • Inspecting parts to ensure they meet the customer specifications
    • Stop production to correct any quality issues
    • Review and inspect machines daily for maintenance issues and report to the maintenance department Monitor, train, and coach the machine operators to ensure they are following proper procedures
    • Follow all clean up and housekeeping procedures
    • Comply with all safety, quality and work rules and regulations

  • Executive Admin Assistant

    We are looking for a new executive assistant to support our Chief Operations Officer. You will manage mostly business-related tasks for the team such as creating reports, organizing travel and accommodation, taking minutes, and other organizational tasks. To do this role properly you should have a detailed understanding of the full Microsoft Office suite, be extremely fast at solving problems and have experience as an executive or administration assistant in the past.

     

    This will be a temporary position ranging anywhere from 2 to 3 months with a pay rate of $20.00 an hour. The schedule will consist of typical business hours, Monday to Friday.

     

     

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    • Provides administrative support and assistance to the Chief Operations Officer.
    • Maintains current policies, processes, and procedures in an effort to assure efficiency and integrity to the office of the CEO.
    • Serves as the primary point of operational and administrative contact for internal and external constituencies
    • Oversees and/or participates in the coordination, control, and completion of special projects and events.
    • Maintains and coordinates the Chief Operations Officers schedule and ensures that resources needed for meetings/events are ready in a timely manner.

    • Assists with the process for systematic review and evaluation of the planning unit per the model adopted by the college, including the development and monitoring of outcomes and plans of action for improvement based on the assessment of those outcomes and plans.
    • Performs duties and responsibilities within a high-tech all-digital environment.
