    Duties of a Customer Service Rep:

    • Process Customer Orders and shipping schedules received 
    • Plan and schedule production using CMS ERP system.
    • Monitor automotive customer portals daily for any bulletins, schedule changes, shortages, violations, and other communications.
    • Assure accurate inventory management via cycle counts and physical inventory counts. Managing both internal inventory and at subcontracted location.
