ResourceMFG is looking for Operators to be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of our Blow Molding machines. This position requires the ability to adjust, monitor, and perform minor maintenance on Blow Molding and Trimmer machinery to ensure quality products are made.
1st Shift: $18.00 6am-4:30pm
2nd Shift $20.00 4:30pm-3am
This is a Temp to Hire position
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Run blow molding machinery while making appropriate machinery adjustments as needed to ensure final product is within quality specifications.
- Monitor product quality including bottle weight and neck finishes via visual inspection and quality measurement.
- Ensure safety standards and expectations are met at all times.
- Comply with all company policies & procedures.
- Able to work in other areas depending on labor requirements to help maximize productivity.

Job Requirements:

Job Description: The Office Administrator position oversees all office-related responsibilities listed below. The position requires maintaining and processing critical and confidential documents that support the business. Aside from the general activities listed below, the key responsibilities of the position cover the oversight of basic accounting & operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Accounting:
- Responsible for general accounting practices including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and purchasing inventory or supplies for the facility.
- Processing credit applications from customers, distributes invoices to all customers in a timely manner.
- Assists in modifying labor reporting from the shop with the help of the floor managers.
- Assists with payroll and timecards for temporary employees.
- Conducts time studies of prior jobs and compare estimates to invoices for accuracy.
- May manage a receptionist that also assists with some basic accounting work.
- Customer Interface:
- Responsible for answering phones, responding promptly to and greeting customers.
- Acknowledging and bringing customer complaints to management.
- Safety and Security
- Oversight of safe work environment guidance, including PPE compliance, fall protection, and all other safety policies and practices.
- Working knowledge of the security system, printer, and network issues; works with our contracted IT company to resolve issues. Also maintains password file for all IT related topics.
- Organization
- Maintain an organized work environment and filing system.
- Provide direct administrative support including scheduling appointments, meetings, events, ordering food, shipping packages, and updating databases for management.
- Oversee office equipment for uninterrupted function, fulfill office supply needs, and manage vendors.
- Manage infrastructure planning (moves, adds, and changes to workstations) as required.
- Build relationships of trust through open communication with customers and colleagues.
- Collaborates with the management team to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Ability to work overtime when required.
Job Requirements:
Minimum Requirements:
- High school diploma
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and collaboration skills with an attitude for customer service.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively; detail-oriented with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to handle confidential information.
- Demonstrated skill in mathematics, reading, and writing.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and the ability to utilize accounting software.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ years of office management experience.
- Advanced computer skills and experience with online platforms.
- QuickBooks, JobBoss, Bills.com, and ADP knowledge.
- Associate’s degree in a business or finance-related field.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting, performing repetitive tasks, and working on a computer.
- Ability to move products, materials, or documents up to 25 pounds.
- Ability to walk, kneel, and bend.
- Must have excellent hand-eye coordination.
- Must wear proper personal protective equipment (PPE) when required.

The primary responsibility of the Shipping and Receiving Clerk is to ensure the efficient and accurate processing of shipments and deliveries, maintaining proper inventory records, and collaborating with various departments to ensure smooth operations.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
- Receive incoming shipments and verify the contents against accompanying documentation, such as packing slips, purchase orders, or bills of lading.
- Inspect received goods for damage, defects, or discrepancies and report any issues to the appropriate departments.
- Record received items into the inventory management system and update stock levels accordingly.
- Prepare outgoing shipments by selecting appropriate packaging materials and methods to ensure safe transportation.
- Properly label packages with accurate shipping information, barcodes, and tracking numbers.
- Ensure that all shipments comply with relevant regulations and safety standards.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, both incoming and outgoing.
- Update inventory databases or software systems to reflect current stock levels and locations.
- Monitor stock levels to prevent shortages and overstock situations and communicate with procurement or purchasing teams as necessary.
- Generate shipping and receiving documents, including packing lists, shipping labels, and bills of lading.
- Prepare reports on shipping and receiving activities, such as shipment status, inventory levels, and any discrepancies.
- Maintain organized records of all shipping and receiving transactions for audit purposes.
- Select the best carriers, negotiate the terms, rates and service.
- Coordinate with various departments, including procurement, warehouse, production, and customer service, to ensure timely and accurate shipments.
- Communicate with carriers, freight forwarders, and couriers to schedule pickups, track shipments, and address any delivery issues.
- Ensure that products leaving the facility meet quality standards and are properly packaged to prevent damage during transit.
- Assist with quality control checks on incoming materials to ensure they meet specified requirements.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while handling and transporting materials, including hazardous substances if applicable.
- Follow company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations, to ensure compliance throughout the shipping and receiving process.
- Maintain and operate shipping and receiving equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and barcode scanners, ensuring they are in proper working condition.
Job Requirements:
Required Education & Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service or related fields are a plus
3-5 years’ experience in shipping and receiving in high-volume environment required.
Experience within the lighting industry preferred.
Skills and Qualifications:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, & Outlook).
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate professionally.
Excellent interpersonal skills, enabling effective interaction with customers and team members.
Physical stamina to handle lifting and moving of heavy packages and materials.
Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures for handling different types of goods.
Independent work style with strong problem-solving abilities.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with shipping and customs documentation is beneficial.
Self-motivated and proactive, demonstrating initiative in resolving issues.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize work.

Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and repair machines electrical problems, read schematics
- Responsible for ensuring proper electrical functioning of plant equipment and machinery
- Perform preventative maintenance on the equipment as needed and overhauling the equipment
- When necessary, Assemble, install, test, and inspect machines and equipment
- Adjust, reset, repair, or replace adjustable components (belts, chains, cables) and wearing components (guides, bearings, wheels, rollers, pulleys)
- Maintain and troubleshoot motors, photo eyes, relays, proximity sensors, solenoids, motor starters, tachometers, encoders, etc.
- Clean, lubricate, and calibrate equipment
Job Requirements:
- Should have 5-10 years of experience as a maintenance technician in a manufacturing environment
- Should have completed formal apprenticeship or equivalent training and experience
- Basic math and reading skills
- Understand difference between A/C & D/C voltage
- Working knowledge of 120/240/480 AC Voltage
- Should be able to troubleshoot and repair machines electrical problems, read schematics
- Should demonstrate mechanical proficiency for hydraulic and pneumatic systems, and AC/DC electrical motors and drives
