We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.

This position requires minimum of 3 years in call center/ sales environment for consideration. 


  • Handle customer inquiries
  • Tracking orders
  • Customer follow up and check in
  • Provide information about the products and services
  • Document and update customer records based on interactions
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

Schedule: Monday to Friday 11am-8:30am / 8am-4:30pm (Order Entry)
