Resource MFG is hiring for Customer Service Specialist in Solon, Oh!
•1st shift- 8a-5p- Monday- Friday
•Providing effective customer service for all Domestic Residential
and/or Commercial Distribution, by utilizing excellent, in-depth
knowledge of company products and programs.
•Interface with customers to process orders, handle inquiries, and
assist other departments.
•Ensure product delivery and customer satisfaction, in a timely,
•Strong customer orientation.

•Work effectively with cross-functional departments including but
not limited to Pricing, Sales, Administration, Logistics, Finance,

•SAP experience a must, Computer proficiency in MSOffice
•High School diploma or general education degree (GED); AA or BA d
•One year related experience and/or training or equivalent
combination of education and experience.
•Ability to read and interpret documents such as procedure manuals,
work instructions, software manuals. Ability to write routine
reports and correspondence. Ability to speak and communicate well
•Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of
•Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out
instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability
to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in
•Must be familiar with current software packages such as SAP,
