Salary range based on experience, with an added $1.25 shift premium. 

Liner Products, LLC, located in Paoli, Indiana, is a leading supplier of cured-in-place pipe lining materials to the pipeline rehabilitation industry.  Since its establishment in 1999, the company has manufactured nearly 40 million feet of cured-in-place pipe lining tubes for pipe diameters of 4 to 104 inches.

Job Description

The Maintenance Technician will be required to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on plant production equipment, as well as support equipment and facilities. The Maintenance Technician will be required to maintain and/or repair a wide variety of equipment, including but not limited to: electrical equipment, hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, powered industrial trucks, buildings and facilities, etc.  This position will also assist the Facilities Manager and other maintenance technicians in the design, fabrication, installation and startup of new equipment.

The Night Shift Maintenance Technician must be willing to work days during a four to eight week training period before transitioning to the night shift.


  • Responds to quickly correct equipment issues as required for production demand.
  • Perform general maintenance duties on building and machines.
  • Operation and repair of material handling equipment, including powered industrial trucks, conveyors, etc.

Job Requirements

Position Qualifications Requirements/Preferences

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college or vocational training is a plus
  • Three years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Proficient in the following:

• Electrical diagnostics and repair

• Basic machine shop cutting and welding of metals (steel, aluminum) and use of assorted power tools

• Basics of pneumatics, as used in equipment control

  • Must be flexible and able to adapt to a dynamic schedule.
  • Must be able to work overtime, including weekends, as required.
  • Must possess good organization skills and be detail oriented.
  • Must have good verbal and written communication skills.
