Job Position: Accounting Payroll Coordinator
Location: Morgan Hill, Ca.
The role of this position is to timely and accurately process payroll, and other duties assigned.
Process weekly hourly payroll through Kronos and company system via direct input and uploads; balance, print and distribute payroll checks.
Process corrections and reissue inaccurate paychecks.
Organize and track customer rebates and pay in an accurate and timely manner.
Maintain interdepartmental communication. Prepare and submit payroll reports to Management for analysis. Perform all requirements of sanitation HACCP and GMP standards including hairnet, beard net, and personal hygiene policies.
File information on payroll and rebates.
Backup other Accounting functions such as billing, lockbox, other accounting functions as needed.
