Powder Coating Technician – Evening Shift

Job Requirements

• Experience with hand spraying parts or products using liquid or powder coating preferred
• Ability to prepare surfaces including cleaning, degreasing, and masking metal parts
• Knowledge of selecting appropriate powder coating types and colors based on job requirements
• Experience operating powder coating spray guns to ensure even application
• Strong attention to detail for quality control and inspection of finished parts
• Ability to identify defects, ensure proper coating thickness, and correct issues as needed
• Experience loading and unloading curing ovens to achieve proper finish
• Ability to perform routine cleaning and maintenance of coating equipment
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing or production environment
