Job Opening: Assembler Training

Are you ready to start a new exciting career? We have temp to hire production positions at a local Battle Creek Company. 

Compensation: $16.50/hour for 1st Shift Training – all shifts

Work Schedule:

morning – 1st shift – 6:30am-3pm

afternoons – 2nd shift – 2:30pm-11pm

evenings – 3rd shift – 10pm-6:30am

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Report to assigned work area no later than your scheduled start time.  

Perform the specific duties of the assigned position using standardized work practices. 

Ensure quality products through proper handling and inspection of parts and processes.

Understand and complete the positions role in supporting and maintaining all regulatory standards including but not limited to MiOSHA, quality and environmental systems. 

Maintain a safe work environment.

Perform other duties, tasks or projects at the direction of the group leader, supervisor or section manager
