Hiring a Cable Technician MLE for a great company in Tulsa!
Pay: $20.00 an hour
First Shift: 7:00a.m.-3:30p.m. Monday-Friday, Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed

Job DUTIES include:
Follow specific assembly instructions to meet company standards
- Comply with all applicable US laws and regulations
- Comply with US HSE Policies and HSE Procedures
- Follow assembly procedures to produce quality products
- Diagnose mechanical problems and make repairs
- Visually inspect internal and external components
- Test all electric cable connectors
- Pull, measure and cut cable to length on cable-cutting machine
- Work effectively with all employees and be a team player
- Follow procedures and complete tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
- Perform on the job training as needed
- Comply with Quality Assurance Policy and all requirements of the Quality Assurance Systems Manual, Operating and Technical Procedures and Workplace Instructions
- Personally observe safety and security procedures and proper use of equipment and material. Actively promote safety process and report any safety issues to proper channels for action
- Prior experience in oil field related jobs desired
QUALIFICATIONS:

Ability to follow the company’s IMS (in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001) policies and procedures at all times

Ability to read engineering blueprints, drawings and work instructions

Proficient computer skills with knowledge of MS Office and Company specific systems and databases

Strong attention to detail

Good problem solving and analytical skills

Strong customer focus with good communication, interpersonal, and team working skills

Solid technical / mechanical skills

Ability to operate forklift and loader

Use of hand and power tools

Use and read basic measuring tools

Ability to perform basic math

Knowledge of equipment types and components

Knowledge of practices and procedures

Experience with mechanical problem diagnosis and repair work

High School diploma or equivalent required

1+ years of shop experience preferred

Annual CPR / AED and Electrical safety training

Attendance is a must
Working Conditions & Physical Requirements:
- Continuously required to move about the facility
- Physical ability to immediately respond to emergency situations
- Some work is in a non-climate-controlled environment
- Continuous standing for long periods of time
- Capable of pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 50 pounds from the floor to table
- Exposure to shop and field elements such as noise, dust, odors, and temperature variations
- Wear appropriate personal protective equipment, including eye and hearing protection, hardhat, and safety shoes while in shop environment or on job.
