Job Description

We are seeking a skilled TIG Welder to join our team in Palmdale, CA. The ideal candidate will work under supervision to weld various metals, including aluminum, stainless steel, and mild steel.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare materials and equipment for welding, including cleaning and setting up welding machines.
• Follow welding procedures, blueprints, and specifications to ensure precision and accuracy.
• Inspect welds for quality and consistency; report any defects or issues.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
• Assist senior welders and participate in on-the-job training to develop welding skills.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of TIG welding techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Previous welding experience preferred but not required.
