About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Final Assembly Technician to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling, testing, and finishing products to meet quality and safety standards. You will play a critical part in ensuring that our customers receive reliable, high-quality equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical and electrical assembly of components and final products
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work instructions
• Use hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment to complete assembly tasks
• Conduct inspections and functional tests to verify product performance
• Identify and report defects or discrepancies in materials and processes
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, following safety protocols
• Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to resolve issues

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred
• 1–3 years of experience in assembly, manufacturing, or related field
• Ability to read technical drawings and follow detailed instructions
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with electrical wiring and testing equipment is a plus
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
