Job Opening: Shipping and Receiving

Our client in Glendale Heights is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Associate to join their team.

This role involves preparing, receiving, and shipping unique, custom-made products, ensuring every order is accurately handled and documented.

Hours: 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM (may vary by ±1 hour). Minimal overtime may be available.

Pay: $18/hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Package products for shipment, including:

  • Single packages

  • Skids

  • Crates

• Receive incoming shipments and verify contents

• Coordinate with shipping companies to schedule pickups and deliveries

• Print packing slips, labels, and complete all required shipping paperwork

• Maintain organization and accuracy in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail—every item is one-of-a-kind

• Excellent time management skills, especially during peak workload hours (3:00 PM – 6:00 PM)

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Must be able to lift 50 pounds 

• Previous shipping or packaging experience is a plus, but not required
