2nd Shift Order Selector – Job Summary
Location: St. Louis, MO
Shift: 2nd Shift (12 PM start, ends between 10 PM–12 AM)
Pay: Starting at $18/hour
Schedule: Mandatory overtime, up to 6 days/week
Type: Temp-to-Hire
Incentives: Production bonus available after 30 days
Responsibilities
- Perform physical case picking using motorized pallet jacks
- Lift and move items weighing up to 70 lbs
- Accurately assemble orders for shipment
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards
Work Environment
- Operate in hot and cold environments, including refrigerated areas
- Must wear steel-toe footwear
- Workdays may extend into late evenings depending on production
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to work independently and meet performance goals
- Comfortable with physically demanding tasks and extended shifts
- Willingness to work mandatory overtime, including weekends
- Experience with mid-rider electric pallet jack (EPJ) is a plus
- Training and certification on EPJ provided
- Great attendance and consistent performance are expected
