Job Opening: Production Associate

We’re looking for a motivated and reliable Production Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in their work, enjoy working in a team environment, and have a strong focus on safety and quality.

1st Shift: 5:00 am – 3:00pm Pay Rate: $19

2nd Shift: 2:30 pm – 12:30am Pay Rate: $20

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow standardized work processes and adhere to safe work practices in a continuous improvement environment.
• Effectively carry out assigned tasks throughout the shift, including packaging finished goods.
• Assemble and staple packing boxes to ensure proper packaging of products.
• Visually inspect products to ensure quality and customer specifications are met throughout the shift.
• Notify the Lead immediately if any issues with equipment are noticed on the production line.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace throughout the shift, adhering to 5S practices.
• Assist with plant housekeeping and warehouse duties during plant downtime.

ualifications:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items and stand for extended periods.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
• Basic knowledge of safety practices and 5S principles is a plus.
