Job Opening: Machine Operator

2nd Shift Machine Operator in St Charles!

Schedule: 2:00 pm – 10:30 pm, M-F, Weekends as needed)

Pay rate: $20/hr (base pay) + $0.75/hr (shift premium)

Equipment Set-up and Operation.
o Set up equipment using computer controlled equipment
o Record operational data accurately on specified forms
o Clean and disassemble equipment
o Prepare tooling for changeovers and perform machine changeovers
o Obtain and run samples to test batch quality and cleanliness
o Conduct cabin powder collection to reduce waste
o Relieve co-workers for breaks
o Maintain cleanliness of work station and meet 7S requirements
o Follow Lean Manufacturing principles
o Responsible for operation of extruders, mill.

• Must have manufacturing and machine operator experience, experience using powder products is preferred, experience with extrusion machinery preferred.
