Job Opening: Machine Operator

Job description:
Set up machines (calibration, cleaning etc.) to start a production cycle.
2. Control and adjust machine settings.
3. Feed raw material or parts to semi-automated machines.
4. Inspect parts with precision and measuring tools.
5. Test operation of machines periodically.
6. Fix issues that might occur during the shift.
7. Check output to spot and machine related mistakes or flaws.
8. Keep all the necessary records of approved and defective units or final products.
9. Maintain all the necessary activity log(s) and required documentation per assigned frequency.
10. Adheres to safety guidelines to ensure that all final products meet high-quality standards. GMP’s.
11. Recommends process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and safety.
12. Ensures that the machine he/she is operating remains in good working order, is operating at full capacity and is
kept stocked with any materials it may need to perform its task.
13. Assists production lead, room coordinator or supervisor as needed.
14. Participate fully in meetings/huddles, trainings and team building events.
15. Adhere to the concept of team, aligning to and supporting the company’s goals and sharing knowledge.
16. Compliance to GMP, Food Safety, Food Defense and Food Quality regulations as required by the company,
customers and/or government legislations, including timely communication to appropriate facility management of
any non-conformity issues or violations found.
17. Compliance to all employee job safety requirements and regulations as required by company policies, including

18. Performs other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); Willingness to work holidays and weekends
as we are a 24/7 business operating through most weekends and holidays. Ability to read, write and
speak English.
