Job Opening: Customer Service

Employbridge is now hiring a Customer Service Representative for a manufacturing site in Troy, MI!

Shift: 8a-4:30p
Pay: $52,000 per year

Job Duties:
-Answer phones and assist visitors in the front lobby
-Interact with the sales team, exchange customer requirements, manage project pricing, customer complaints, etc
-Set up new accounts, run credit checks, establish customer payment terms, maintain account records, etc
-Track and report customer deliveries, feedback, and sales
-Assist with inventory control, production control, sales, accounts receivable, and shipping/receiving teams
-Any other assigned duties

Requirements:
-Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience
-Previous ERP system experience
-Previous experience with sales preferred
-Knowledge of Microsoft Office
-Ability to interact with internal and external associates
