Quality Control Lead 

Fairburn, GA 

The Quality Control Lead will be conducting quality inspections for inbound and outbound home appliance products, systematically documenting inspection results, and monitor warehouse safety. 

The best candidate for this role will have a passion for quality, a high attention to detail, be able to work independently under remote management, and possess great communication skills.

Duties and Responsibilities Include:

• Perform Quality Inspections and oversee initiatives of product
• Inspect packing status, exterior cosmetics, interior condition, power function, etc.
• Repackage product (if necessary) – Using Automatic Strapping Tool w/Poly Strap Material
•  Create QC Inspection Report utilizing Microsoft Excel
• Conduct Inbound Container Inspection: Inspect container condition & examine products unloaded from container for potential damage
• Take pictures of container issues and damaged products for daily Container Inspection Report
• Periodically conduct training to warehouse forklift drivers regarding warehouse and product safety measures
• Handle communication and resolve issues between warehouse and HQ (damage responsibilities, etc.)
• Maintenance of QC are (arrange orders of office supplies, tools, etc.)
• Daily Reports  
• Heavy Lifting and moving of household appliances such as refrigerators, washers, dryers, etc.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM 

Starting Pay: $18/hr
