Job Opening: Injection Molding Operator

Now Hiring Injection Molding Operators in Houston TX! 

We’re looking for a hands-on problem solver with a keen eye for detail and a knack for keeping things running smoothly. If you’re mechanically inclined and love working in a team, this role is perfect for you!

Responsibilities:

• Follow standard work instructions as a mold operator.
• Set up and maintain injection molding machines.
• Lift up to 50 lbs, and perform tasks that require standing, bending, and reaching.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Change molds as needed.
• Perform routine maintenance checks.
• Ensure products meet customer specifications.
• Meet production standards.
• Work effectively in a team environment.
• Keep accurate records and quality documentation.
• Inspect products for quality.
• Set up and operate machinery.

Requirements:

• Minimum 12 months of relevant Machine Operator experience.
• Proficiency with basic hand and power tools.
• Basic math skills.
• Mechanical and electrical aptitude.
• Ability to identify and solve problems.
• Strong multi-tasking abilities.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to read a ruler/tape measure.
• Basic computer skills.
