Job Opening: Customer Service Tour Ambassador

Location: Princeton, IN 

Work Schedule: Tuesday – Thursday 8:30am-2:30pm

In this fun and exciting role, the Tour Ambassador will drive and narrate scripted tours in a high-paced manufacturing environment. Tour Guides must be energetic, enthusiastic, cheerful, and willing to lead. Apply today to become part of our team!

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Schedule tour reservations via phone and online registration system
• Support public tours by driving for and/or narrating up to four tours daily
• Give presentations in front of large, diverse groups of people, students, manufacturing personnel, etc.
• Prepare tour materials, exhibit space, activities, and other engagement projects
• Follow safety guidelines and ensure all guests remain within designated areas
• Community outreach calls, emails and engagement to generate tour reservations and guests
• Reply to emails, voicemails and messages
• Work collaboratively to generate outreach ideas and engagement opportunities
• General cleaning, equipment maintenance, safety training and other duties as assigned based on business needs.

Note: This is a Part-Time position – 18 hours a week.

• High School Diploma

• Must be 18 years old

• Computer experience

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Ability to speak in front of groups of people

• Ability to work with all levels within the organization
