Molding Machine Operator

Now Hiring 1st Shift Molding Machine Operators for an agriculture/automotive manufacturer in the Grand Ledge area

$16.50 per hour
Increase to $17 when hired AND sign on bonus

Temp to Hire

$100 Unlimited Referral Bonuses

1st shift 5:00am – 3:00pm Mon-Thurs // 5:00am – 1:30pm Friday
Overtime available

Molding Machine Operator Responsibilities:

Mold fiberglass parts
load and unload sheets of fiberglass into presses
Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

Minimum 3 months relevant Machine Operator experience
Attention to detail
Able to use basic hand and power tools
Basic math
Mechanical aptitude
Ability to identify problems
Able to multi-task
Ability to read ruler/tape measure

Job Responsibilities

Follow safety guidelines
Follow standard work instructions as assigned
Perform hands-on tasks
Lift up to 50lbs, stand, bend, and reach
Maintain clean and organized workspace
Troubleshoot equipment issues
Ensure product meets customer specifications
Meet production standards
Work in a team environment
Accurate recordkeeping and quality documentation
Inspection of product
